I placed an order online and it ended up taking forever to arrive. The whole process felt kind of confusing, and I didn’t feel like customer service would be much help if I reached out, so I just waited it out. Not the smoothest experience...

The staff was really helpful and got me taken care of quickly once someone was available. The only thing was the wait felt a little ridiculous for how simple my issue was, but overall they were nice and got it done.

I used NDSU Bookstore for my textbooks this semester, and the site itself was fine. It was easy enough to find what I needed, but the prices were just kind of ridiculous, like textbook prices always are everywhere.

A few of the books were way cheaper on other sites, even used ones or rentals. I know it’s the official bookstore and all that, but it really feels like students always end up paying more no matter what.
Pickup went okay and my order was right, so I can’t say the whole experience was bad. I just wish the pricing was more reasonable, because every semester it feels like textbooks take half your money for no reason.

I tried selling back a couple of books and the buyback offer was a lot lower than I expected. I get that used books lose value and they’re not going to pay anywhere near retail, but it still felt kind of disappointing. Support/staff was polite about it and basically said something like, “the offer depends on demand and current resale value,” which I understand, but it didn’t really make it feel more worth it. No issue with the people there, just probably wouldn’t use the buyback option again.

Maybe it’s just me, but I was expecting a bit more when it came to apparel. The selection felt small, and I didn’t really find much to choose from.

I stopped by the NDSU Bookstore store while I was on campus and I was happy with it, the whole place just felt clean and taken care of, like the floors were nice, the shelves looked organized, and even the checkout area didn’t have that cluttered look some campus stores get.

Nothing felt dusty or messy and I could actually walk around without feeling boxed in or annoyed, which made it way easier to find what I needed, it’s a nice little bookstore and I’d definitely stop in again if I’m nearby.

I ordered a hoodie and a couple of notebooks from ndsubookstore.com, and to be fair, the shipping was actually faster than I expected. I got the tracking email the next day, and the box showed up in about 4 days, which was a nice surprise for once.
The only mildly annoying part was that the tracking barely updated at first, so I got to enjoy guessing where my package was for a bit. But it did arrive in good shape and sooner than I thought, so I guess it all worked out.

I can’t remember if I searched first or clicked around the class pages first, but either way I found what I needed without much hassle. The search worked fine and the cart was easy to understand. A couple pages were slow on my phone, or maybe that was later when my connection got weird, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably use it again.

The hoodie feels really nice and the quality seems solid so far. It’s held up well after wearing it a few times, which I appreciate. I do like it overall, though I’m not completely blown away—just a decent, comfortable hoodie that does the job.

I use ndsubookstore.com often when I need to check the hours before heading over. It’s nice not having to guess if they’re open, especially on weekend or during break when the schedule can be little different.
The ordering and pickup info is also easy enough to find, which helps when I’m trying to save time. It’s not perfect, and some pages load little slow sometimes, but overall it’s convenient and does what I need.

They did keep me updated, but the responses came a little slower than I expected. I found myself checking in a few times just to see what was going on. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the communication had been a bit faster.
